Our Warranty Policy
What does iStream's warranty cover?
Unless otherwise noted within the item description, all items carry a two year warranty, from date of purchase, against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, damage caused by misapplication of use, physical damage, fire, flood, lightning or other acts of nature, accident or power surge. All warranties implied or expressed are honored by iStream, Inc. and not the original equipment manufacturer unless otherwise noted.
What should I do if the product I purchased or had repaired by iStream has a problem?
To send in a product for repair under warranty, call or email us to request a Repair Order Number.
Warranty repairs generally take 5-7 business days. Most warranty repairs will be returned via UPS Ground service, free of charge (48 contiguous states only). Call us for details.
What if I can't wait 5-7 business days to have my item repaired? Do you offer Advance Replacement Under Warranty?
We can usually ship you a replacement item right away (provided that we have this item in stock and available to ship) and include a prepaid shipping label for you to send us your problematic warranty item. This service is called "Advance Replacement Under Warranty".
If your product is within the first 90 days of the warranty period, we will Advance Replace your problematic item free of charge (no charge for ground shipping either).
After 90 days an "Advance Replacement Under Warranty" fee will be charged; call for details.
Original unit must be handed over to UPS and on its way to iStream within 5 business days of receiving replacement.
