Our Warranty Policy:

Unless otherwise noted within the item description, all items carry a two year warranty, from date of purchase, against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, damage caused by misapplication of use, physical damage, fire, flood, lightning or other acts of nature, accident or power surge. All warranties implied or expressed are honored by iStream, Inc. and not the original equipment manufacturer unless otherwise noted.

Warranty returns - Please contact us by phone or email for an RMA#. Warranty repairs generally take 5-7 business days. Most warranty repairs will be returned via Fedex Ground service, free of charge (48 contiguous states only). Call us for details.

Advance Replacements - Should you require Advance Replacement of an item under warranty, one will be provided under the following conditions:
  • First 90 days - Free advance replacement.
  • 91 days to end of warranty period - 15% of applicable repair fee.
  • Item must be available in stock
  • Free Ground shipping (see above)
  • Original unit must be on its way to iStream within 5 business days of receiving replacement.
  • Same day or overnight shipping is usually available for additional charges. Please call for RMA# and/or special requests.
