Our Return Policy We guarantee your satisfaction with any purchase from www.istreamcom.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us, within 15 days of the delivery date (according to UPS tracking). Return of Unopened Item: As long as the product that you are returning has not been opened and it is still in its original packaging/shrink wrap, then you will be refunded the entire amount of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Return of Opened Item: If the product that you are returning has been opened, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Advance Replacement items aren’t subject to a restocking fee. However, the item’s advance replacement fee will not be refunded. If you would like to return an item to iStream, please call or email us to request an RMA number. Returns not accompanied by an RMA number will not be processed. You must request an RMA number within 15 days upon delivery of your item (according to UPS tracking). You will have 15 days from the RMA number issuance for us to receive the returned item. Otherwise your return will not be processed. You have the choice of requesting that your refund be processed as a credit memo, credit card refund, or check. |
